Dr. Xiwan Liu (pronounced C1) is an experienced GP registrar who holds a MBBS, and a Master’s of Dermatology. She has been practicing in both metropolitan and rural Australia. Besides dermatology, she has a particular interest in paediatric, women health and mental health. As a new mum living in the Macedon Ranges, she enjoys supporting parents and bubs on their journey together.

Prior to practicing medicine, Xiwan worked as a social worker, providing her a unique perspective not only on medical treatment, but social support services, allowing her to provide a holistic and comprehensive support for her patients. 

One of Xiwan’s passion is the continuity of care that comes with working in a small community, allowing her to support her patients through their health journey from early age and into retirement.

In her free time Xiwan enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, cooking and exploring the Macedon Ranges.
