Casual Receptionist

We’re looking for a casual, experienced Medical Receptionist to join the Ranges Medical team.

This role suits someone who can hit the ground running, stay clam during peak times and deliver warm, professional patient experience.

Key Requirements

• Casual availability with genuine flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

• Experience in medical reception (prior clinic exposure is essential)

• Best Practice and/or AutoMed experience (highly preferred)

• Strong communication skills and patient-focussed attitude

• Comfortable handling bookings, patient queries and day-to-day reception administration

What you’ll do

• Manage patient check-ins and appointment bookings

• Support smooth clinic flow across reception

• Use practice systems efficiently (Best Practice / AutoMed)

• Maintain accurate records and assist with routine admin tasks
